As a member of the EMBARK Federation Multi-Academy Trust, we are required to set and publish our own admissions criteria.

If you wish your child to attend our school you will need to apply to the Local Authority. All applications to the school must be made online at www.derbyshire.gov.uk. Derbyshire County Council manage the admissions procedures for our school. Parents will be notified, by them, of a place as soon as possible.

Visits by prospective parents are always welcome. If you would like to come and meet the headteacher and have a tour of the school, please contact the school on 01773 744106.
All are welcome to apply, even those outside our catchment area.
We are a one-form entry school, covering all year groups from Reception to Year 6. Our admission level is currently 35. Class sizes range from 23 to 35 pupils.
We are fortunate to have several teaching assistants who support in most areas of the curriculum, including Special Needs and in larger classes.
Entering school for the first time is a big step in a child’s life and our aim is to make this step as smooth as possible for both you and your child. We hold meetings during the summer term prior to Reception children starting school in September.
